Christina shares her transferable skills like follow-up and “inspect what you expect,” working through imposter syndrome, learning to ask questions, and staying humble and open to new responsibilities.
Christina also challenges the myth of ageism in career pivots and encourages job seekers to change environments, network, and stay prepared for unexpected opportunities.

Christin spent more than 15 years in multiple roles and industries – she is living proof pivots are more than possible. Through that journey, she discovered how to leverage her transferable skills, uncover her unique strengths, and embrace new opportunities with resilience and confidence.
Today, she has built a fulfilling career in Financial Lending and Compliance, where she enjoys helping others grow, continuously learning, and making a meaningful impact. Her role has also given her the flexibility to work remotely while collaborating with her team and traveling for work. Looking back, what once felt like a season of uncertainty became the foundation for personal and professional growth—and a career she genuinely loves.
