TUNE IN TO THE EPISODE: APPLE PODCAST | SPOTIFY | YOUTUBE
This week I had a totally different episode planned… and then I got hit with the worst migraine I’ve ever had. It forced me to stop long enough to ask, “What is my body trying to tell me?”.
In this episode, I’m sharing what I noticed leading up to it (late-night scrolling, too much coffee, no movement, quick processed meals), why I think the real root was self-imposed pressure and perfectionism, and how so many of us end up chasing approval, belonging, and safety by over-delivering until we burn out.
Listen to the episode:
I’ll walk you through the stress signals our bodies often send (headaches, sleep issues, irritability, tension, digestive problems), what I did instead of pushing through, and the mindset shifts that are helping me redefine “good enough” so I’m not always chasing extra credit.
