TUNE IN TO THE EPISODE: APPLE PODCAST | SPOTIFY | YOUTUBE

Do you have a hard time making space in your life to have fun? Are adults even allowed to have fun – in the sense of just allowing yourself to be present? Do you only do what feels productive?

In this episode, I’m going to teach you some easy tips and share ways that I have added more fun into my own life, because we all deserve to INTENTIONALLY experience fun and be present in the moment!

Maybe you feel like your habits are hardwired for survival. Or perhaps your family was working all the time, so you never saw what it was like to see an adult model how to have fun.

I don’t remember seeing my parents having fun. I remember how hard they worked. It wasn’t until recently, as an adult, that I realized how it affected me – whether that’s how I approached school, life, or work.

I now know that it’s critical to allow myself to have fun – as an adult. You DESERVE to have moments where you have fun for the sake of pure enjoyment, and I’m here to encourage you!

You’ll learn about reflecting on the things, the moments, and the experiences that bring you pure bliss and joy. You can try out a new hobby or interest. You can reframe what you define as “work.”

Plus, if you’re already mastering having fun as an adult, I’m going to challenge you to take it to the next level.

Listen to the episode:

When you do something that allows you to nourish your soul, reduce your stress, get back into creativity, and inspires you…adding in more fun becomes an intentional step in allowing yourself to enjoy life more.

Thanks for joining me on this episode of the Cultivate Your Joyful Life podcast.

I’m here to encourage you to be the most bold and courageous version of YOU – so that you can create a life you love, on your own terms!
