Each Sunday, I write a letter from the soul—part story, part insight, part permission slip—to help high-achieving women come home to themselves.
These are some of my favorite reflections on burnout, alignment, identity, and creating a life that actually lights you up.

If you’ve ever outgrown a version of yourself but felt afraid to admit it, this story is for you.
Back in 2018, I started my coaching journey helping people land their dream jobs. I built an entire business around job search coaching, and for years, it felt aligned and fulfilling. I still remember launching my very first program, Happily Hired, and thinking:
“OMG, I’ll be so happy if just ONE person enrolls in Happily Hired!”
Fast forward to today? Over 2,000 jobseekers have walked through our doors, transforming their confidence and landing career opportunities they once thought were impossible. I’ve witnessed people take courageous steps, pivot their paths, and say yes to roles that truly matched their worth.
It’s been one of the greatest honors of my life.
But something inside me started to shift.
When Success No Longer Feels Aligned
For a while, I felt… off.
Not burned out from doing too much, but burned out from doing something that no longer felt like me.
I kept brushing it off as “creative blocks” or blaming the algorithm.
But truthfully?
I had outgrown the very identity I had built.
I dreaded talking about resumes. I felt like I was playing a version of myself that no longer fit. I wanted to talk about deeper things: burnout, authenticity, healing, purpose.
If you’ve ever evolved into a new version of yourself and struggled to admit it out loud, you’re not alone. I was doing the same.
The Plot Twist: When a Launch Fails… and It’s Exactly What You Needed
Earlier this year, I decided to relaunch Happily Hired Formula one last time quietly, behind the scenes, while I figured out what was next.
But instead of the usual flood of enrollments, something unexpected happened:
Zero. Sales.
At first, I was confused. Then embarrassed.
And then surprisingly, relieved.
It felt like my soul finally let out a long overdue exhale.
Because deep down, I knew I wasn’t supposed to do this anymore.
I just hadn’t given myself permission to admit it.
The New Chapter: Healing Misalignment Burnout
So here it is, out loud and official:
✨ I’ve retired my identity as a job search coach.
✨ And I’m stepping fully into my next evolution:
Helping growth-seeking women heal from misalignment burnout.
What’s misalignment burnout?
It’s the kind of emotional exhaustion that comes not from working too much, but from doing things that are no longer aligned with your truth.
Maybe it’s the career you’ve outgrown, the habits you’ve outlived, or the version of you that no longer fits.
It’s that quiet ache of pretending you’re fine… when deep down, you know you’re not.
And I get it.
Because I was there.
What’s Happening Now (and What’s Coming)
Since making this decision, everything has shifted.
✨ I’ve written over 35 pages of content ideas
✨ I feel creative, clear, and like me again
✨ My heart is on fire (and yes, my poor husband hears all about it at 11 PM 😅)
Even my team noticed. One of them said:
“I haven’t seen you this in flow since you launched Happily Hired.”
And they’re right.
This time, I’m building something from the inside out not just strategy and metrics, but soul.

In today’s YouTube video, I go deeper into:
-
The signs of misalignment I ignored
-
Why “failure” was the biggest gift
-
The real reason I retired a million-dollar program
-
And how I finally feel aligned again
Meet: Inner Magic
This isn’t just a new program.
It’s the answer to the question I kept asking myself:
“What if I could help women reconnect with who they truly are—and create lives that feel joyful and true again?”
Inner Magic is for the woman who has done everything “right” but still feels like something’s missing.
She’s tired of living by someone else’s playbook.
She wants to feel lit up again not just productive, but alive.
She wants clarity, creativity, calm, and she’s finally ready to find it.
